I give this an 8/10 a definite must watch.
This is what I call a super hero movie, everything that flopped comic-based-hero films in the last decade should have been. The action is intense and thrilling with exceptional choreography. The coolness factor with the portrayed technology was out of this world. It was extremely humorous, Tony Stark is over the top and beyond. The character highlights and buildups is fantastic, the play on each other is awesome. The special effects are gorgeous and the framing is spectacular. It seriously was a wild ride.
I would process my problematic concerns but doing so would involves picking on revealing parts of the movie. Overall, the movie’s too good for me to do that to anyone who hasn’t seen it.

The Cabin In The Woods
A great “horror” film my ass. I laughed more than half the time I sat through this movie. This was a thriller/conspiracy film at best. It was smart, I can give it that, which is what garnered most of it’s praise, but there was nothing scary about it. The plot definitely took a different direction and diverted its execution from most scary movies. From the looks of it, I firmly believe this was a satire of generic horror films.
Chris Hemsworth, who wasn’t the main character btw, clotheslined a zombie 5min after first getting stabbed by one and watching his girl get killed by them…who the fuck does that? Jesse Williams and Anna Hutchison were completely pointless because all they did was be there to just die. Fran Kranz, his burnout character actually worked and he made me laugh. Kristen Connolly, the actual main character, who you seriously don’t give a fucking damn about, not only survives getting beat down for 10min (I’m talking stabs, chokes, throws, etc.) but has the ability to fully run away after getting saved by the burnout who fought with a fucking bong…
I seriously don’t understand the wow praise it got for being a “HORROR” film because it really wasn’t. I made the mistake of reading reviews beforehand which swayed my perception walking into the theater; although I still think I would have come in thinking I’d be watching something that’ll freak me out. Even the trailers are hella misleading at what you’re walking into. I think I would have liked it if I was looking for a good laugh but the trick just pissed me off. If you seriously want to enjoy this movie, see it as all intentions of being a comedy, don’t look for a scary movie because you will be extremely fucking disappointed.

beautiful, man. Love and positivity all day.

“Dude, how much- how much should I pay you for this?”
“Pay me? I accept love. I don’t want no money from you bro.”

It’s that kind of a response that seriously stuns you to the core. The real kicking is how young he looks. If he’s as young as he looks, much respect to the attitude and perspective he carries. Literally, it’s not that there aren’t enough of people like him these days, it’s that they are a true rarity.
